2. Hosting by Shopify

Our website is hosted by Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, Dublin, Ireland. Shopify stores data on servers within the EU as well as in Canada and the USA. Data transfer is based on Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

 

3. Server log files

When you visit our website, the following information is automatically collected:

  • IP address
  • Browser type & version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Time of the server request

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure website operation).

 

4. Order processing

To process your contract and provide our products, we process the following data:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Payment data
  • Order information

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance).

 

5. Payment service provider (Mollie)

Payments are processed via our partner Mollie B.V., Netherlands. Depending on the payment method selected, data is transmitted to the following service providers:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna (may carry out a credit check)
  • Credit card providers

6. Returns portal

To process returns, we use the portal: bluefireco.returnsportal.online. Your order and customer data are processed for the purpose of handling the return.

7. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd. Cookies are used to analyze user behavior. In doing so, IP address (shortened), device information, and usage data are processed.

  • Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time via our consent tool (cookie banner).


8. Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. This enables tracking of user behavior after clicks on Facebook or Instagram ads.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

 

9. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) for anonymized session recording (clicks, scroll movements).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

 

10. Klaviyo (Newsletter)

For sending our newsletter, we use Klaviyo Inc., USA. We process your email address, your first name if provided, and your usage behavior (open rates, etc.).

 

Sign-up takes place via the double opt-in procedure. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of each newsletter.

We use various types of cookies:
