General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Sejour Moden GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order takes place immediately after sending the order by email and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.

If you choose the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view and download the general terms and conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login area.
3. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Payment in advance
We will ship the goods as soon as we have received your payment.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To do this, you must be registered with PayPal or register there first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability law for defects applies. Information about any additional applicable guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
